Linda Carter

Manager
Linda Carter is the Co-Founder of LTREI.com LLC, a private real estate investment company that provides superior real estate acquisition and management services to its investors.
Linda is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) from the National Apartment Association and has successfully demonstrated her ability to manage all aspects of an apartment community. She is also a Certified Apartment Portfolio Manager (CAPS). Linda thoroughly knows the due diligence and property takeover process and can manage risk through inspections, follow-up procedures, and incident reporting. She also has the skill sets to analyze, evaluate and report property performance using key performance indicators. Consistently, Linda has been a top producer for over ten years and manages multiple properties in the DMV area.
While not working in real estate, Linda enjoys traveling the world, especially on cruise ships, and has been to over 54 countries worldwide.
Tracy Turner
Manager
Tracy N. Turner has decades of professional experience in the United States military and federal government. Her work experience has sharpened her analytical and project management skills. She also received accolades for being a dynamic instructor and subject matter expert. While working for the federal government in a department that provided grants and support to organizations engaged in helping homeless assistance providers realize their goals of housing the homeless, she became passionate about real estate investing.
Tracy is an equal partner at LTREI.com LLC and sees the opportunity to help relieve owners of multi-family properties they no longer desire to manage and to upgrade these units to provide safe, affordable and desirable housing for residents. Real estate investing also provides Tracy a means in which to enhance the portfolios of investors as well as herself. Tracy always strives for a win-win outcome in all relationships.
Tracy enjoys cycling, reading and traveling and especially missions in which she is able to give back to communities. She also enjoys spending time with her five grandchildren.
